I don't think the diversity of the ca...I agree. I don't think the diversity of the cast is a valid selling point. I always have diverse casts in my stories, and I have never ever mentioned it. And I never will. It should never be about that. I don't want to get manuscript requests because my MC is different. To be honest, not only am I sick of hearing about it, but I can walk into any bookstore in this country and pull 100 diverse books off the shelf in under a minute.
